Fiido wants to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, the following return and refund policy applies:

1. Return eligibility

• Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving the goods

• Items must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging

2. Return process

• Send the product to the address provided by our support team

3. Refunds

• Refunds are processed to the original payment method once the returned product has been inspected

• Shipping costs are non-refundable

4. Exchanges

• An exchange is permissible if the item is defective or damaged

• Please contact us before returning for instructions

5. Non-returnable items

• Products that have become unusable due to improper use or damage

• Items marked as final sale or clearance
